Instant Pot Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus ends trimmed
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Instant Pot

  • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to an Instant Pot, close lid and set steam release knob to sealing position.
    2. Pressure cook on high for 0 minutes, then quick release the steam.
    3. Remove asparagus and serve immediately.
